Following is a selected list of references to The Student Underground in other media. If you see an article about us we may have missed, please tell us!
In The Weekly Dig's December 2003 Top Ten issue, The Student Underground placed 4th in Top Ten Local Publications." The Allston Chronicle (now defunct) ran a great peice in March '02 about us, our feelings on the changing face of Allston, class conflict, and the injustice of the free-market real estate system. All in one article, too! The Boston Globe, Boston's largest daily, ran a piece about the extravagent housing benifits BU executives recieve, and cited a Student Underground article for figures. In the fall of 2000, the DFP ran a really silly "investigative" piece about ties between the Underground and the BU Student Government.
Earlier in the fall of 2000, The Daily Free press, BU's mainstream daily, ran a story about the founding of a new conservative campus paper, and looked to the Student Underground for guidence in this complex issue. In late 1999, the Boston Phoenix, Boston's largest weekly newspaper, ran a profile and history of the Student Underground. |
